Director
Tim is a founder of the business, having worked in the industry all his life. His eye for detail, build knowledge and endless consideration for clients and our team alike have made this the business it is.
Outside of work Tim is happy chatting rugby in the pub, talking rugby to his family and discussing rugby at Twickenham.
Director
Kirstie moved in to development after a career break from working in the City and as a Chartered Accountant. Her role is to utilise her entrepreneurial spirit to look for opportunities for the business, alongside client relations and of course business finance.
Kirstie is a keen, (and ever slower), ultra runner which she claims is to give her space to strategise about the business and life.
Contract Manager
Mike, our contracts manager, gets involved in all aspects of our builds. He has a background in the army and over 30 years’ experience in main contracting and these experiences ensure we stay efficient.
Mike often takes trips to challenge himself and has trekked to Everest Base camp and Climbed Mt Toubkal in Morrocco. He is happy to chat about this, or his dog called Dave anytime.
Quantity Surveyor
Nick is our surveyor who keeps the business in financial check on all our projects. Having come from large construction businesses he brings best practise to Hartwood.
Nick also loves his rugby and enjoys exploring the world by cycle, with kayaking and other adrenalin activities thrown in for good measure.
Site Manager
Lee joined us from the print industry and is now a site manager. He has shaped his skills to fit our business and runs our sites diligently and smoothly. He is often also involved in client care.
Whilst Lee also likes rugby he has a household full of daughters so often has to agree to doing their hobbies.
Site Manager
Josh is another of our site managers and combines this with an expertise in social media which we gain the benefit of at Hartwood.
He knows a thing or two about horses too. All three attributes are great for our business.
