“I’ve never bought a new build property and it was good to have a single contact at Hartwood Build who handled all my queries throughout the process – I found everyone at the company very approachable and helpful.
Once the purchase was completed, as you would expect from a new build, there were some snags. The way they dealt with these was outstanding and they were quick to respond – nothing was too much trouble and everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
The only issue was that, in order to keep them working and motivated, I had to constantly keep them provided with fresh lemon drizzle cake, tea and coffee.”
